My name is Ket!

I'm a 30-something year old mom of four who loves everything to do with 'business'.  My mission is to empower small business owners to navigate the often overwhelming world of finance.

 

I understand the journey all too well: I ran a kids' clothing e-commerce business for eight years! When I started, I was completely lost and overwhelmed. I tried my best, but it was so much that my business financials were in a horrible state of chaos for several years. Luckily, I found a great accountant that gave me all the support and knowledge I needed and we turned things around!

 

Unfortunately, after 8 years, I found that retail sales just weren't a passion for me anymore and I started exploring other career options. I decided I wanted to help people in the same situation, so I moved away from product sales and into accounting and tax preparation.

 

My experience in e-commerce retail sales has uniquely positioned me to offer support from both an accountant's and a business owner's perspective, helping you transition from feeling lost to feeling confident. I am particularly dedicated to supporting those who need it most, including (but not limited to!) neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and low-income entrepreneurs.

 

I believe that every business owner deserves tailored support that meets their unique needs, which is why I offer multiple communication methods, guilt-free reminders, flexible payment options, non-traditional working hours, and a judgment-free environment. I am always open to suggestions on how to support you best!

 

I encourage my clients to be engaged and knowledgeable about their finances, ensuring they understand at least the basics of their business financials. I'm not one to just hand you a report and disappear! I want to work with you, not for you, so we can tackle things as a team and navigate the complexities of bookkeeping and taxes.
